Announcement of Interim Dividend Distribution Financial Year 2026

Based on the decision of the Board of Directors of PT Central Omega Resources Tbk (“Company”) as referred to in Letter No. 245/KEP-DIR/IX/2026 dated September 1, 2026, and the approval of the Company's Board of Commissioners as referred to in Letter No. 246/KEP-DEKOM/IX/2026 dated September 2, 2026, it is hereby announced to the shareholders of the Company that the Company will distribute an interim dividend for the 2026 financial year of Rp30 per share, with a maximum total dividend value of Rp169,147,398,000.
